Assistant memory
Some assistants remember things about you across chats. You decide what.
Many AI apps now have memory: they store things you told them (your job, your preferences) to use in future chats. It's handy because you don't repeat everything.
It also means there's a record of you. You can see it, edit it or turn it off in settings.

Open your AI app's settings and look for "Memory". Read what it has stored about you.
